Can I rent a golf cart in Destin and have it delivered?

Yes. GeauxTime delivers rental golf carts to vacation homes and condos in Destin from our shop on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Enter your address when you book and the delivery fee is worked out from the driving distance, so you see the full price before you pay. If your address is more than 30 miles from the shop, call or text for a quote.

Delivered to your door

A flat round-trip fee by driving distance from our shop, shown in your total before you pay. Delivery by 4pm on your first day; pickup starts at 8am on your last. You don’t need to be there.

Street-legal carts

4- and 6-passenger LSVs that do 25 mph, with lithium batteries, LED headlights and tail lights, Bluetooth sound and a seat belt for every seat.

Simple booking

Book online in about two minutes. Pay in full at booking, no security deposit, and free cancellation up to 72 hours before delivery.

Who can drive

Every driver must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Minimum rental

24 hours. The per-day rate drops at 2 days and again at 6+ days. Florida sales tax (7%) is added; there are no booking or card fees.

Where can I drive a golf cart in Destin?+
On roads posted 35 mph or under. Much of Destin’s traffic runs on U.S. Highway 98, where golf carts are not allowed, so a cart in Destin is best for getting around your neighborhood, to the beach access and to nearby shops and restaurants on slower streets. Never drive on the beach, bike paths or sand.
Is a golf cart worth it in Destin?+
For a beach week it usually is: it saves unloading the car for every beach trip, dinner or ice cream run on the slower streets near your rental. If most of your plans mean driving on Highway 98, a car is the better way to get there.
How much does a golf cart rental cost?+
Rates depend on the season, the cart size and how many days you rent, and the per-day rate drops at 2 days and again at 6+ days. Delivery is one flat fee for drop-off and pickup together, based on driving distance. See the current rates and delivery fees, or pick your dates on the booking page to see your exact total.
Do I need to be there for delivery?+
No. Delivery is coordinated with your vacation rental’s check-in time and guaranteed by 4pm. The key is in a lockbox on the cart and we text you the code.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your delivery time. No refunds inside 72 hours, for rain or weather, or after delivery.
Do you also deliver to Miramar Beach and 30A?+
Yes. We deliver across Santa Rosa Beach and all of 30A, plus Miramar Beach and Destin.
